I’m taking part in Skydive for Life to raise money for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland, a cause that is very close to my heart and one that has affected both me and people around me.
Suicide and mental health struggles can have such a huge impact on individuals, families and friends, and I feel strongly about doing something to support a cause that works towards preventing this.
The skydive is obviously a big challenge for me, but it feels like a small thing to do for something that means so much
