In advance, I want to say a massive Thank You to you all for the time & support you give to this cause & campaign!

Even a small donation can make a big impact in an individuals life. Its not just about the funding though, its about creating awareness and a realm to speak about these issues freely & without shame. Young people are the present and future of Ireland and we need to look after and support them through both the brighter and darker times this world brings. Developing these resources & supports are key to this process, for people suffering and for their loved ones. Bringing this awareness & information into the education system is critical in reaching these needs.

If me jumping out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft has something little to do with that, then I'm honoured and excited to take the plunge :-)
