Michelle is taking part in the Skydive For Life 2026

Mental health is something that touches far more lives than we often realise, especially for children and teenagers who are still learning how to understand and express what they’re feeling. I’ve seen firsthand how deeply young people can struggle, and how life-changing it can be when the right support is available at the right time. The work of Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland gives hope, guidance, and a lifeline to those who need it most.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Through my own experiences, the journeys of people I love, and my time in the classroom, I’ve seen just how urgent the need for mental health support has become. Every euro raised helps give young people the tools, understanding, and care they deserve—so they can rediscover joy, feel less alone, and find their way toward peace and happiness.
