For years I've struggled with mental health and luckily enough I'm here to now share my story and make as much of an impact on mental health as I possibly can. This is just the beginning with many more to come, please if your struggling let me be proof to you that it does get better. 
 
Last year I tried take my own life 4 times and for some reason it wasn't meant to be. Even the doctors were left in shock twice at how I was even still alive so please listen to me when I say it gets better and suicide isn't your only option. 
 

It's ok not to be ok but it's not ok to hide your not ok. Please speak up to anyone and never ever hide how your really feeling that one time you speak up can change the whole course of your life ❤️
