Hi guys, Caitlin here! I’ve chosen to raise funds for this amazing cause as it’s something that’s very close to my heart. Youth suicide prevention Ireland is an amazing programme that promotes mental health awareness programmes to schools and colleges. It also offers excellent online support and free text service catered for young people who are struggling and in need. This is an ongoing issue that isn’t spoke about enough. We need to break the stigma around mental health. #BeKind #Itsokaynottobeokay
