Hi, thanks for visiting my profile! Mental health is a very important part of everday life that everyone should put an emphasis on, however that is a lot easier said than done. Although mental health difficulties can strike at any time, I believe the formative youthful teenage years are very important for learning that it's okay to not be okay in times of stress or sadness, whether this comes from personal problems, educational problems or any other everday struggles. That is why I am trying to raise awareness for suicide prevention through this skydive for life fundraiser.
