I will be participating in a skydive this July for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland. Mental Health issues is something that touches everyone's family at some point but is very much common in young adults. I hope by raising money for this organization it will also raise awareness to the struggles that many young adults face. I would be so grateful for any support in helping me reach my target for the skydive.
