This year, I’m on a personal journey of challenges and adventure while supporting a cause that is meaningful to me. I, like many others, have lost loved ones to suicide and experienced the helplessness that comes with seeing the people I love suffering from depression or ill mental health.
As someone who loves getting out into nature, I've decided to incorporate hiking into my fundraising efforts. Hiking is my happy place, and I believe it can provide a much-needed escape and a sense of calm for anyone struggling with mental health challenges.
Next week, I'll be hiking 116km of the Camino de Santiago to raise funds for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland. The target is €600 and will culminate with a Skydive For Life. If you would like to support me, click the button below to donate. I appreciate it.
