As most of you know mental health and suicide is very close to my heart.I have and am still battling everyday to overcome my demons,on my journey I found alot of people's knowledge or lack of mental health knowledge worrying....I do believe it should be a mandatory subject in schools to discuss different types of mental health issues,teachers should be more aware and see signs clearly in todays youth,as a mother I have thought my own about mental health issues,it is alarming to see so many youths and children nowadays take their own life because they feel there is no wait out,from their lives,from bullying,from pressure of social media,or from something they just don't know how to deal with or come to terms with......
