From my own personal experience with mental illness, suicide prevention and mental health awareness is something I hold very close to my heart.
If jumping out of a plane is one way to raise awareness and open the conversation surrounding mental health, I'll do it over and over.
Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland (YSPI) is the only national charity which works to raise awareness and prevent suicide amongst young people in Ireland.
Sadly, Ireland has one of the highest rates of suicide in the EU.
