Positive mental health and suicide prevention are two issues that are hugely important to me.
This year Ive decided to do a skydive to raise funds for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland.
Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland has been working for over 10 years to provide free mental health education and training services to schools and colleges around Ireland.
Having lost my brother Fergus to suicide in November 2010, when he was only 16, and having struggled with my own anxiety for years, I wanted to do something raise awareness that its okay to talk about mental health and to not be okay all the time.
Ive hoping to book the skydive as close as possible to Fergus' anniversary on the 22nd of November, but need to raise 500 euro to do so.
These funds will go toward YSPI's schools outreach program.
