I'll be raising funds for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland in the coming months prior to a very scary and exciting sky dive.
Suicide affects nearly everyone in some way and the work YSPI does to raise awareness and provide support to young people in Ireland is crucial.
I'm not usually one to do things like this but in the lead up to the 21st anniversary of my own dad's passing, I felt the urge to help make a difference.
No family should have to go through the loss of a loved one in such a tragic way and nobody should have to suffer in silence.
